Do you have a size guide?

Yes, you can view our size guide online with directions on how to take your measurements.

Our items are usually true to size, however some items may be a smaller fit, but don’t worry, we will specify in the product description how each item fits so that you don’t order something that won’t fit.   

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

If one of our items sells out, we may re-order based upon the level of demand. If the item you like is out of stock, contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au, as they can let you know whether we will restock your desired item, or they would love to help you find alternative options.

Do you place items on back order?

Unfortunately, items are not placed on back order, and we try not to advertise products that are not in stock. If the item you like is out of stock, feel free to contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au, as they can tell you if we will be restocking your desired item, and would be more than happy to help you find alternative products.

Can I place an item on hold to purchase at a later date?

We do not offer holds.

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

We are regularly adding exciting new products to our website. If you are a member of our Karma Kameleon family, you may receive an email notifying you when our new stock is available. If you would like to receive our updates you can register your details to create an account.

How can I provide feedback about a product?

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies in my browser?

Cookies are small amounts of data sent from a website to your browser and are stored on your computer's hard drive. They allow you to add products to your cart and access your account information. In order for you to place an online order with Karma Kameleon, your Cookies must be enabled. Cookies cannot access your personal information but use anonymous unique identifiers. I need help with my order. Who can I contact?

If you have any questions about placing an order online with us you are more than welcome to contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au 

There was a problem with my order and my desired item is now out of stock. What now?

Please allow time for the page to load and the item to be placed back in to stock by refreshing your browser. If the item is still unavailable, please contact us at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au for assistance.

Has my order been successful?

Once your order has been successfully received by us, we will send you a conformation email of your placed order. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively you can log on to your online account and view your recent orders. If you are still having trouble and you have not received an email, contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au.

How do I change my order after purchasing?

Our aim is to despatch your order on the same day and as such, once the order has been placed it is unlikely it can be changed. Please contact us immediately on 03 5023 8166 to determine the status of your order. 

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

Your privacy is valued by us, and we will work hard to ensure that your personal information is never released to any other party. You can view our Privacy Statement to learn how we keep your information safe. 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept online payments from AfterPay, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, and payment through Karma Kameleon credit notes.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Securepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment to guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. The payment is protected with a SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. 

My credit card details are not being accepted. What’s wrong?

Please check that:

  • You have not included any spaces when entering your credit card number
  • Your delivery address is the same as the address linked to your credit card
  • Your name appears exactly the same as on the card

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please check with your bank or financial institution. If problems continue, contact our team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au and we will help you through the process.

 

Do your prices include GST and other taxes?

Yes, our advertised prices include Australian GST and other taxes (if applicable).

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

How long does delivery take?

Our aim is to despatch orders placed before 3.00pm on the same day. We offer both standard and express delivery options. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and delivery destination. Please see our delivery page for further information. 

How much does delivery cost?

For orders over $50, shipping is free; however any orders under $50 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of $7.95. Please see our delivery page for further information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an acceptance and dispatch email, including a tracking ID number and a link, to view and keep track of your order.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

To change your delivery address after placing your order, contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au with your order number if possible.

Please note, your details can only be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched. You will know when your order has been dispatched once you receive your order acceptance email.   

Do you ship internationally?

Karma Kameleon ships internationally to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Please see our delivery page for further information.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

By default, deliveries will be left unattended at your delivery address, unless you choose otherwise when placing your order. Please see our delivery page for further information.

What if the item I received is not what I ordered?

In the case that you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team at customercare@karmakameleon.com.au upon receiving, and we will guide you on what to do next. 

ACCOUNT

How do I create a new account?

When you are on the home page of the Karma Kameleon website, click "Sign in" in the top right corner, then find the "New Customer Sign up" link on the sign in form. Alternatively, when checking out, under the "Billing Address" fields, select the checkbox titled: "Save this information for faster checkout next time". 

How do I update my details on my account?

After signing into your account, find the "View Addresses" link, and then select the "edit" link on the specific address you wish to edit. 

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive information from us relating to new products and special offers, please use the ‘unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of our regular emails. 

Will my information be sold to third parties?

No. We treat your information with the utmost respect and security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
