Delivery options

Standard Delivery

All orders over $80 (excluding shipping charge) with a delivery location in Australia will receive FREE Australia Post shipping. All orders under $80 will receive a flat rate charge of $8.95 shipping, which is applied at cart through the checkout process.

Express delivery

For faster delivery within Australia, Express Post delivery is available at checkout. All orders under $150 can upgrade to express shipping for $10.95, orders over $150 can upgrade to express shipping for $3.95.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer. Occasionally system updates or unforeseen major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Karma Kameleon cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. 

International

Karma Kameleon ships internationally to the following locations.

Delivery timeframes are estimated and orders may arrive outside the estimated delivery window. 

Tracking your order

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide a link to track and trace the status of your delivery.

Changing your delivery address

Unfortunately no changes to your delivery address can be made once an order is placed.

Delivering your order

Please provide specific delivery instructions in the section provided during the checkout process. You can advise at this point if you are happy for your delivery to be left at your address without a signature.

If you have elected to sign for your parcel and you are not there at the time of delivery, you may receive a note advising how to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges from the carrier.

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
